Multi grain dosa – by Sudha

Ingredients:

Ragi (கேப்பை) – 1 cup

Millet (கம்பு) – 1 cup

Jowar (வெள்ளை சோளம்) – 1 cup

Idli rice (புழுங்கலரிசி) – 1 cup

Urad dal (உளுந்து) – 1 cup

Salt – as needed

Recipe:

Soak all grains except rice and urad dal for 7-8 hours overnight. 

Soak rice and dal for about 3 hours.

Grind all ingredients with salt.

Let ferment for at least 5 hours.

Makes healthy crispy dosas.

Note: Idli rice can be substituted with red rice.
