Corn and Veggie Sandwich


  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • A pinch of Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup, steamed mixed vegetables of your choice (carrot, cabbage, peas, cauliflower, potato, mushroom, capsicum, beans)
  • 1/2 cup boiled corn
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt, as desired
  • 6 slices of bread


  1. Mince onion and garlic
  2. Heat oil in a kadai
  3. Fry onions and garlic until it turns brown 
  4. Add garam masala and chili powder
  5. Cook for a minute
  6. Now add vegetables, corn and salt
  7. Serve this with toasted bread
